Great lasagna with chicken instead of ground beef.
Lighter in the stomach and very tasty, as it is full of cheese.
6 chicken breasts
100 g fresh pesto
3 balls of mozzarella
150 g of fresh parmesan – tear it down
6 large fresh lasagna plates
10 basil leaves
2 garlic cloves – finely chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil or your favorite oil
2 ricotta cheeses
1 teaspoon of coarse salt
1 teaspoon of fresh pepper
Start by cutting the chicken down and arranging the pieces on a tray with baking paper.
Put the garlic, basil, oil, salt and pepper on the chicken. Rub all ingredients well on each piece.
Let grill for 10 minutes on high heat. It is good to use a large sandwich grill or similar to grill the chicken pieces.
Now place half of the cooked chicken in the bottom of a lasagna dish.
Put half of the ricotta cheese on top and then spread half of the pesto over.
Top with 1/3 of the parmesan and mozzarella. Then place 3 lasagna plates.
Repeat exactly as using the last 3 lasagna plates at the top.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the foil with 15 minutes left.
Wonderful dish, quick and classy for the whole family.
